With a photographic memory and a knack for putting together vignettes, she leads her team in merchandising over 60,000 square feet of showroom space. Attention to detail, vast product knowledge and an impressive work ethic are just a few things that make Marilu stand out in her role.

Durango, Mexico.
What is the most interesting job you’ve ever had?
Working here at Ladco. I’ve learned so much and I enjoy seeing a job come to completion. It makes me very happy to work here.
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future and why?
I would go to the future so that I could learn and explore new experiences with my family. My life’s passion is my three boys and I would love to have adventures in the future with them.
